Jennifer In A Nutshell
Hailing from the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee South meets Midwest. Jennifer graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business from The University of Tennessee, and shortly after moved to the Windy City to pursue a career in the Midwest’s Metropolis.Working in sales and service-related industries for many years has allowed her to meet people around the country, encounter diversity, discover the world, and ultimately decide "Chicago is the best place in the world not only to live, but call home." She views Chicago as the city of opportunity for real estate, for life.
Through rehabbing a home to sell, she discovered her passion was real estate. Immediately, she made it her career and never looked back. She has earned the accreditation as an RSPS, Resort and Second Home Specialist. Jennifer is only one of 344 Realtors in the country to be recognized and one of two Realtors in Chicago and Illinois.
You will find yourself at home with Jennifer. She makes herself available, listens, responds timely, and applies her overall business knowledge and familiarity of the Chicago area to provide the best service for her clients. She is easy to talk to, extremely honest and frank, personable, and tenacious. She believes pointing out negatives when buying or selling is almost more important than pointing out positives as the positives of a home are often very obvious. This is honesty!
